I was still disappointed by some of her desings..so I kind of mashed them together..into one... 
As some of you know..I half way adopted her out to my friend, Brian, because I am tired of getting hate. Well, I was working on this design over two months ago..and just got to finishing it (only the eyes). I used two pictures I did, for a ref. Shy Minako and Chiara (from my old account). And yes..Urufei does still wear the Tobi scarf. I know this isn't..the 'best'. But I REALLY..REAAAAAALLY like this design. Let me know what you think? ^^

In her old design..the sash 'belt' around her waist..use to be white..but I don't like white. So I made it purple..
I also shortened her jacket..so when it's tied shut..it looks like a skirt.
